New Invoices

Is anyone else experiencing problems with the awful new invoices? 

If it's a single item bought then everything is ok - but, if someone buys (eg) 5 items, only the first item shows on the invoice - total due or paid is correct though - even the guy at customer support couldn't work it out lol

I just tried to upload a screenshot of the new invoice, but it wouldn't let me. Said there was an HTML error (but there wasn't).

Too many glitches and/or changes ... we have all endured enough in 2014

It's not just eBay's invoices either. Paypal have changed their "payment received" advice and it's next to useless. It says nothing about whether or not it's an instant payment, nor does it tell you if it's safe to send the item. I had to log on to Paypal to find out if the payment I'd just received was instant or and e-cheque before I could post the buyer's item. It's not bloody good enough. 😞

I had to go to paypal to print out a packing slip for the customer, as she had bought over 20 items, couldn't do it on Ebay.

Wasn't under this ID.  but interesting about echecks etc, better go check the money is in pp.

Just checked email from pp, says instant payment, so that means it isn't an echeck. Completed in pp account.

Canging things just messes up what has taken time to perfect. You get a system going and BAM. They throw in the spanner.\

You would think for a multi billion dollar company they might actually do a TEST PRINT of what they create well before placing in the system. Or better yet give the option for ebayer sellers to trial the new look invoices while still retaining the old system. Similar to what paypal did with their new horrible invoice look. I still retained the old way as it works.

I'm no computer expert but this mess should not have happened.!

Apart from the item and buyer details, this is all that appears on the latest Paypal payment advice. Nowhere does it specify whether it was an instant payment or not, so it was necessary for me to log in to Paypal to find out. There's nothing about it being safe to send the item either. I'm not prepared to send the item on the basis of that advice, in case it's an e-cheque which ultimately bounces. Losing $5.60 wouldn't kill me but it would it it was $560, for example.
