Notification When Last Item Is Sold

Hi. I was wondering if there's a way for ebay to notify me when the last of an item has sold. I just realized that a few of my items are not on ebay because the final one sold and I never realized so I didn't know to relist it.

Is there an email option that sends me a notification so I know to relist the sold items?

Each sold notice you do get has the quantity of that item remaining. eg like below

Sale price:	AU $7.50
Quantity:	5
Quantity sold:	1
Quantity remaining:	2

I've seen those columns on the sold notice. The problem is we've got a few guys packing and sending parts so they don't always notice when we're at the last item. I was hoping there would be a notification option if the item get to 0.
