Hi,Can you please help close this case as the buyer already received the item (tracking no. 60117441116091). I had asked the buyer close the case when he received the item but didn't get a answer.

If this sale goes wrong for you, and as you have tracking showing delivery, you will be able to claim from PayPal under their seller protection policy.
In other words, you will not be out of pocket even if eBay close the case in favour of the buyer.
