Positive feedback but low DSR

hi everyone, a buyer left positive feedback, but left three stars for item as described. This ended up as a defect in the seller report. What can done about this, the transaction was routine and there weren't any issues, in the DSR report the buyer didn't leave any comment for the low DSR. Can these types of defects be removed by eBay?

You'll have to contact the buyer and ask them to request the change.

The feedback was positive so there's no need to revise it but the DSR's were low and I don't think they can be changed.

The only way ebay remove it is if the buyer says they left it in error. Which in your case I would say it's not clear cut.

I have had them removed when buyer has left glowing positive feedback but left 1's for item as described. I had sent a message to the buyer asking if all was ok and they said yes it was all fantastic then I told them they had left me 1 star for item as described they replied they must have left it in error. So when I rang ebay they took a look at the feedback and the messages and removed the defect. The only problem with that is to do it they have to remove the positive feedback also.

I had this happen recently and the buyer kindly responded in a message that they made a mistake clicking on the stars.  Ebay removed the defect after confirming the messages and they actually left the positive feedback comment in place.

oh ok it might have changed then, It was a while ago since I had mine removed. Thought it was odd at the time that they had to remove the whole thing.

I had a win with one of these recently.  Buyer left positive feedback, but left a rather joking comment that the size was out, must be a kids size, lol.  Then she left 3 stars for item as described.  I rang eBay and pointed out that not only was the item adult size, but full measurements had been included in the listing, so the item was in fact exactly as described and I felt it was unfair that I should be given a defect when I had described the item fully.  They agreed with me and removed the defect (although it took a week for it to actually disappear).

I had one removed recently and they left the feedback. They said it could take up to 72hrs and it did take 72hrs!
