It seems the book you ordered is actually an ebook - there's physically nothing to deliver to an address - it's an electronic copy to view on a tablet or e-reader or computer.

Did you download the eBook when you placed the order?

There's a FAQ page on that website that also mention a 90 day money back guarantee - perhaps you can try to obtain a refund that way.
