I am not so sure that it does not mimic a broader opinion - sellers and buyers that "love" ebay generally, can hold negative views on aspects of its operations and performance, including fees, non-payment, scams etc etc
Anyway we will never know if this tool is representative or not, so not sure why any one would claim otherwise.
