Yep, doesn't work for me either - I click on 'accept offer' & get 'Unfortunately, this promotional offer is by invitation only' (yeah I know, the invitation is what I'm clicking on - d'oh!).

We didn't bother - it's a bit late for us as we've been on Managed Payments since August last year!

The banner is just there taking up space - very annoying.

A little bit of thought in the programming would have filtered out those who had already registered.
