The 3 free auto relists is only available to casual sellers

When you list an item, you can easily set your listing to relist automatically up to three times for free if the item doesn't sell. This feature is available to non-business sellers (sellers with up to 100 transactions and less than $12,000 in sales in a 12-month period).

Sorry, just realised you didn't ask about the free relisting.

If you use Selling Manager or SMP you can set up auto relisting on 10 day listings.

with a basic store you can get a continual relist, called GOOD TILL SOLD, it is a 30 day Buy it Now, which relists automatically after every 30 day period until all sold.  each relist costs you '1 listing' off your 200 free listings.

If you have a store, except for loss-leader auctions to try to attract traffic, then BIn is the point. So you might as well use GTC (30 day) listings. Then they are Good Til Cancelled and just keep relisting until they sell or you pull them.
