As a seller you're bound to get strange/rude comments once in a while.
Yesterday someone purchased and paid for an item then letft a comment "Really $2.50 shipping?" I messaged them back asking if they wanted to cancel.. (international letter - Undercharged them)
Or I get random messages like "WHAT A RIP OFF $XX.XX FOR POSTAGE? WHAT A JOKE!"... I don't see why people feel the need to comment so rudely..

I always feel that if a buyers message hints at them not having read the listings description properly then perhaps there is just something more that can be done in the listing to make it clearer etc .
Make your fist line in the description "This is a printable Stamp Album " ( actually they are printable pages )
Your return policy isn't worth a cracker "CD must be unopened with seal intact."

You item description is clear that you print it yourself, but it may help adding the word "Template" ? Just a suggestion.
And now I want to start collecting stamps....

Sure it is - returns for change of mind can absolutely be conditional.
If the CD is opened and doesn't work, then it's an entirely different matter, but the return policy section is for sellers to state what they offer in addition to a buyer's consumer rights.
Re: the buyer's message - surely they've indicated that the description is clear enough by recognising what the product on offer is. I maybe wouldn't use album in the title in quite that context, I'd be more inclined to have "Print Your Own Album" rather than a title that infers the item is an album.
