Anyone else have trouble printing from click & send.
Used to work fine before they changed me to the new system a couple of weeks ago, but now I'm having all kinds of dramas. I'm using ie and I wonder if thats the problem? I keep getting the "ie cannot display this page" screen. Or the print screen is just blank. I often get into trouble straight from the payment screen, so then I have to go looking for the documents I need to print.
It doesnt seem to matter whether I try printing from the web page, or reprinting form my emails, its still takes me several tries before I can get it to work.
Is it just me?
Hmmm, maybe I'll go clear my cookies & cache and see if that helps 🙂

Just bumping this back to the top in case Alice is still around.
This is so frustratiing, its taking me 5 times as long as it should to process my items. It hasnt once run smoothly, it keeps losing connection and when I try to get back in, the documents are gone and cant be printed. Then I have to wait for the email so I can reprint, half the time that doesnt work either X-(

Have you contacted Click and Send about these issues?
