Tupperware section gone..pfft

I guess I havnt sold Tupperware in a while..and the category is gone. Fools..its the Queen of plastic..!!! No bakelite section either...they have one on the USA site..anyway..just a mini rant...jilly

Stawks I think Jillywinkle is referring to actual distinct categories, not a general search for "stuff" with Tupperwear in the title.

The Chinee will be all over this in short order and spam the hell out of it.

She will be lucky to find one Tupperwear item for every thousand listings of plastic products.

Tupperwear is sort of collectible these days and so is Bakelite; I would have thought separate sections a good idea.

Have numbers for these cats fallen in recent months or been in steady decline?

Yes..no categories. There once was a category specifically for Tupperware.....there has never been one for bakelite though...anyway..tupperware..gone. Still..they show up well when searched for..

And you're talking categories?  What cha mean?

It states you can shop by range.  Isn't that the same thing?

It looks like the category didn't have the numbers any more.

A quick search for Tupperwear only produced 4 kitchenwear items plus:

4 Keyrings

1 Pill bag

1 Reps bag

1 Listing for swizzle sticks to suit Tupperwear or Bessemer

Only 11 in total so that's probably why the category went extinct.

I buy Tupperware at times (vintage, new and pieces not available in Oz) but the last thing I'd want is to search through 11,000 items initially.

I prefer to search for specifics from the start  - Tupperware Quick Shake, Pak N Stor, Oval 1 Modular Mates etc, including by colour and sometimes just by the part numbers.

It's quite easy to filter out the Chinese junk in most categories with careful use of search filtering (use the minus sign before word to exclude results with that word).
