Urgrading Store Concern

Hi All Thank you for reading this. I was wondering If I where to upgrade My Store in the Middle of the month, Do I have to pay for the full month or for the number of days I have had the Upgrade? My account runs from the Start of the month to the End of the month.

PS by Upgrade I mean from Basic To Feature

I coudn't either, so I rang customer service (last month).

The representative I spoke to was very helpful and pointed out  :-

• Your free listing entitlement from the package being cancelled ends immediately. (Any unused free listings from your previous subscription don't roll over.)

• You receive upgraded Stores benefits immediately. You receive your full free listing entitlement for the new upgraded subscription immediately.

  Because you lose any unused free listings when you up-grade, it is advisable to use them ALL before up-grading, when you up-grade, those you have already used are NOT deducted from the new entitlement.  Didn't really sound right to me, but he reassured me it is. 

  I haven't up-graded at this point, so cannot say from personal experience, only from what I was told - and that is how it is written

Just remember that when changing store subscriptions, any listings that were created before the change will still be charged the old store's FVF if they sell (if they're GTC, they'll switch to the new store's FVF structure once they tick over to a new cycle).

Thanks digi - you are so on top of everything   I hadn't considered the difference in FVF's over the old & new store listings, but that makes so much sense   I think having the added listings would probably outweigh the difference in fees -  In my mind I'm treating the FVF savings as a bit of a bonus to cover the extra store fees, at least until I determine whether up-grading is worth it, in so much as, I want to see if the store up-grade helps increase the 'sales cap'      To be honest, I'm doubtful, but would at least like to give it a try
