Hi I really need some help, I recently sold a GPU via international postage, the item said delivered then the Buyer claimed he didnt get the item and that it was "Given to someone else" referring to another address and filed a dispute against me claiming he didn't the item, I won the dispute, Then He filed another dispute claiming the item wasnt as advertised and claimed that the box was empty, had "no contents upon arrival" in which he won the dispute even though even was brand new sealed so ofcourse I am stuck now on what to do, I am going to contact ebay tomorrow morning as soon as they open but am looking for advice on what to do, the item was clearly sealed and new so I cant provide any pictures of the content since it was factory sealed, I am deperate for any help thanks.
