I am not being paid my money. My bank a/c is correct. Customer has received item.  I told that a person will be with me in one minute and I wait for 20 minutes with no response. I am told someone will ring me within 31 minutes and an hour later no response of phone call.

How do I get my money from ebay?

Given you only appear to have sold one item, ever, your funds will be on hold for up to 31 days.

As you agreed to when you listed the item.

If you are using fee-free selling, you will have to request a disbursement. It won't be paid automatically into your account, assuming you have properly signed up to Managed Payments.

Was it picked up or posted ?

If it  was picked up, did you enter the QR code?

If yes, the buyer's left you feedback and your payment  shouldn't be on hold for 31 days.

What does the payment tab in your seller hub show ?
