did not pay for 5 auctions until DNP process started

I have had an ebayer bid on 5 auctions, he did not answer any messages, he refused to pay until the DNP process was complete. I have trawled his feedback, it makes intersting reading! I know leaving false positives is not allowed, but can he leave me negative feedback when I have put him on my BBL? Thanks for your help.

If the buyer paid eventually he can leave feedback.  The only way he could be prevented from leaving feedback is if you closed a Non Payer dispute and issued him with a strike..

The BBL only prevents him from bidding/buying from you in the future...it does not have any effect on a completed transaction.

Oh boy, now we are having sellers complain about buyers paying! What the H does it matter when they pay as long as they do. ebay give them a minimum of 8 days and if they choose to take that long so what!

I think it sounds like a pretty poor buyer who would leave it that long to pay.

But just a quick question. I take it that BBL is a blocked buyer list.

Does a buyer have any way to even know if they are on anyone's list unless they actually try to bid on one of those seller's items?

Are buyers actually told if they are put on any seller's blocked list?

No springy, buyers do not know they are on a blocked bidders list until they bid.  They get  generic message saying that the seller is not accepting their bid at the moment.

But they do know if they have received strikes and can make an educated guess that they will be on a lot of BBLs.

Hi

I am talking about 30 kilos of cricket books that I auctioned and sold.  The winner refused to answer any emails about what his

intentions are, ie to pay or not to pay.  I had 2 genuine buyers turning up  to view and buy in person, without any costs attached, but I could not offer these books due to a lack of communication from this buyer.  Cricket books are hard going to sell take a look at what I have on auction at the moment.
