I just want to know what do you guy feel once you used eBay Plus, any distinct experience between eBay plus and normal account?
If you haven't used the eBay Plus what's holding you from using it?
Thank for you answer.

I haven't but I'm primarily a seller. As I don't shop at Coles, I don't see getting enough return for my money.
I don't buy from shonks, so the free returns isn't an attraction. Most of what I buy is 'free' postage, so that doesn't work for me either.
You would have to analyse YOUR spending patterns to determine if it is a fit for you. None of us are privy to that information.

As dave says, it depends on your personal spending patterns.
Have a look at what you have in your watch list then look for similar items in ebay plus. Is there a saving on postage cost in most cases? Are you likely to buy several of these things over the course of the year?
I am in a similar (but more expensive) scheme with another online seller & the way I evaluate it is I have looked at my online purchases over the last 12 months, seen what the postage would have been, then added it all up to check if it comes out to more than the yearly subscription.
If it does, it is worth being in it, if not, then time to re-evaluate. So far, I am usually ahead.
I was tempted a bit to join ebay plus but haven't because the situation here is different. Most of the things I tend to buy on ebay are small & come with 'free' postage anyway and I don't buy all that much. The free returns isn't a great drawcard for me, although it might be if i bought a lot of clothes or shoes online as fit could be problematical. Then again, would the shoes & clothing items you were interested in be covered by ebay plus?
Check out the things you like on ebay plus and see how much benefit would be in it for you, personally.

As the others have mentioned you need to look at the types of items you purchase.
I joined when there was a $20 Ebay voucher so it effectively cost me $29
I joined about 10 months ago and to date have saved over $600 in postage for items I would have bought anyway as I do most of my Christmas/birthday shopping online.
I have also used the returns process once (the only time I have ever since 2001) - from a reputable dealer, not a shonk
For the types of items I purchase, I am finding the prices with Ebay plus are usually cheaper than item + postage or item + free postage (postage included)

I have been a member for a year and have continued the membership.
Thus far, there have been two advantages: free postage when it would normally be charged and a dedicated Plus customer call centre, which is faster, more efficient, and I think Australian based.
I purchase quite a bit,as well as being a seller, so it has been to my advantage thus far. Not so much as a seller, as there have been only two Plus buyers so far.
However, this advantage is for early adopters,I believe. This advantage will diminish if ebay is successful in it's unrelenting push to have sellers offer 'free postage', thus taking the postage cost off ebay's liability,as it is presently. When the majority of sellers include postage in their item price, then membership will not be worthwhile. Fees for little or no benefit.
My speculation is that Plus is trying to create a sort of buyers club and so increase sales turnover for ebay. But there needs to be ongoing benefits to be successful.

I don't use eBay Plus. I don't see myself, as a buyer, joining eBay Plus in the future. When I decide to buy items, I do not want to feel that I must look on eBay first, in order to justify the membership cost; rather, I want to be able to look in all of my usual online shopping haunts, make my price comparison calculations, consider any other factors (such as reliability, assurance of quality, warranty if applicable, and postage speed if an item is time-sensitive - and pounce on my target.
I have no doubt that eBay Plus is designed to make buyers look on eBay far more than they would otherwise do - hence it's far more rewarding to eBay than it is to me.

I still look at all my shopping haunts but include ebay plus in the factors e.g. sometimes I buy from online stores directly and sometimes I buy from their Ebay presence because there is no freight - hardtofind is one example. Sometimes it's cheaper through the store and sometimes through Ebay. I think ebay plus adds another potential saving and in no way limits my inclination to do my due diligence here or elsewhere.
When I joined I already had enough on my wishlist (to be purchased regardless and after checking everywhere else) to save the cost of membership in the first purchase. Now it just means that some items are freight free to me on ebay
