What issue are you having?

It is often better to request a call back and speak to a supervisor for the big stuff

If they claim it is your internet, how can they know how long before the issue is fixed?

And yes, very often ebay have 0 clue about anything happening on their site and will just give any excuse on the script to get rid of people

Yes ,that's why I said idiots,some how I think he knew less than me. Yeah I'll give them a day, then maybe call back , might get someone who knows something.i will ask for supervisor, eBay loads just the writing no photos on anything, then it tries to load non stop. Every time they add something they muck up 10, not impressed.

Try clearing cookies and cache then rebooting your computer, also if you happen to be using IE switch to Firefox or Chrome and use an adblocker. Firefox already has Adblock plus in it , it just needs to be activated.
