refund and other issues

HI everybody 

im a new ebay seller and have come across a few small issues and im unable to contact anyone to resolve these issues looking for any advice possible to try to resolve it myself.

 

issue 1 is i recently got a label for someone and somehow it has brought 2 labels for the same person with 2 different tracking numbers. the first tracking number the person has recieved the package and it says delivered where as the other one obviously says it hasnt been sent, it has now put my account in the minus due to the buyer paying for one label and due to it some how having a malfunction it has brought two and  now its coming out of my pocket so now my account is in the minus as it has tried to take extra funds  out as the buyer only paid for 1 again not buyers fault. is there a way of being able to solve this without canceling the order or without me messing anything up to get refunded the amount for the second label and to be paid for the product?

 

second issue is i have a buyer who bought an item off me from another country was the first time for me to sell something internationally, on my end it still says its on the way but had been stuck like that for the past few weeks i contacted the buyer to check if the buyer had recievd the item and they  mentioned  they did but for some reason on my end it still says its on the way. he isnt able to figure out how to put recieved on his end so i can have the payment from that item and am unable to do anything on my end to mark it as delivered. im unable to contact anyone to sort this small inconvinince out and looking for any advice if possible.

2) Has the buyer left you feedback? If so, go to HELP (top of page) and have a 'live chat' with eBay CS
