return policy

My apologies if this subject has already been discussed.

I have found that ebay (in its wisdom) is now changing the returns policies to 30 day returns, 60 day returns or no returns.

What I have found in reading any other discussions, is that the power sellers may be dropped and the seller (that'll be me and a few others) will go back to being above standard if offering a no return policy.

Is this still the case? The discussions I found were at least 2 years old so I am not sure if this is still happening.

I don't mind the 30 day return policy for brand new books but am concerned about any vinyl or CDs I may sell.

Any help/advice would be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Sandra

I changed from 7 day to no returns as soon as they announced this. I'm still a powerseller.
