While trying to leave feed back for another seller this stupid auto gave it a positive feed back. It should have been a NEGATIVE.

I want to change it to correctly record the NEGATIVE not the Positive.

This will not be easy. eBay specifically say that "Once you've submitted positive Feedback for a seller, you can't change it to neutral or negative Feedback."

The only thing I can suggest is that you have eBay phone you, and choose the most appopriate reason that you can find from the selections on the page. (This will be tricky because, as I've said, eBay say that positive feedback can't be changed. Just choose the closest reason.)

Explain that a technical error or glitch (the "stupid auto" you mentioned - did you give feedback from a mobile device, perhaps?) caused an incorrect positive to be given. You would like either to have that positive changed to a negative, or for the positive to be removed, because the buying experience was not positive.
