I would like to change my Ebay home page to Active Listings

I would like to change my Ebay home page to Active Listings - it used to be this way about a month ago but has vanished.  I have read the section that says how to change my home page - the first instruction says "Click the General settings link at the top of My eBay”. But I don’t have a general settings link at the top of My Ebay”. When I click on My Ebay it takes me to Summary . So, Summary appears to be my eBay homepage and I don’t seem to be able to change it. There are absolutely no links on this page that take me to General settings.  HELP!
