My purchase from REMOVED is no longer on my purchase list or on my ebay summary. why?

If the item has completely disappeared from ebay it is usually because ebay has removed it from the site for some reason.

Did you adjust the timeframe in the drop down box in your Purchase History?  If it is still missing then ebay has removed it and you cannot leave feedback.
