The "reply to topic" button has gone missing in IE9.

I came online and logged into eBay to see what replies i had gotten and i cant reply to others because the reply to topic button has disappeared (on my original post) from the site up at the left top of the screen.. anyone got any ideas how to get it back? is there a limit to how many posts you can make on the one topic???

Posts are limited to 20, but the reply button seems to be working,  if you are able to post again, you should be able to reply.
