How the fxck do you talk some sense to ebay

Trying to contact ebay about a seller who takes the money, sends nothing, and then ignores all requests to resolve the problem

One can understand their lack of success with eBay (apart from there being no need to talk to eBay in the first place) if that's the way they talk.

In my many years of being an ebay member, I have never had a problem,  They have always got me a refund. Just file the item not recieved and it should be fine.  oops the reply was meant for the original op.

I'm sure he's reached a resolution, or given up, in the last 5 months. Besides, the time is well past to open a dispute on eBay. And probably Paypal as well.
