I have been trying to set up 2FA but it keeps saying there is 'an error, please try again'. it has been doing this from the desktop website for several days. I don't use the app. any thoughts? anyone i can contact?

Perhaps try clearing cache and cookies then rebooting your computer. Or try a different browser.
