Access Denied

I keep getting an access denied message when i try to select to pay with paypal on the android phone app, it only happens on here and it still works on my pc.

Message says, you dont have permission to access "http"://ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?" on this server. Reference #18.96f46668.1536130890.19c1f2dd

Like i said this only happens on my phone app, when i try to do the same thing on my pc it works fine.

The app has never been really satisfactory.

The obvious solution is to use your computer to pay....you will have a lot less problems.
