It's, by definition, not all of eBay, as you can post on the boards.

I've done listings this evening without any issues.

Try logging out and back in,

Clear cache and cookies,

Try a different browser,

Reboot,

Ask eBay.

Usually clear cache every few days so it was usual for this to occur.

Re logged in as well and now it's all good.
