I have been trying for about two months now to update my contact number and every time I get an error saying;
'We're having a problem right now. Please try again later'
I have contacted support several times and all they say is that it is a known issue but they will report it again and get it fixed and that I should try again in 24-48 hours. I've been told this 4 times now and it never gets fixed.
How is it that a company worth some 30 billion dollars that opperates online cannot get their website features to work?
Why is it that no one at eBay can give me a straight answer about when this issue will be resolved?
In today's day and age for a company like eBay how is this issue not resolved ASAP?

Philippines, India... does it really matter? Because it makes no difference to customer experience or satisfaction Dave... They're both abysmal experiences Dave... Infact, considering I though a Phillipino call centre was an Indian call centre just goes to show how terrible a Phillipino call centre experience is Dave.
Furthermore, if the only contact you can get from eBay is via live chat then poor movingguy88 is screwed! I went down that road every few weeks for months and no chump on the other end of the window could help me. Godspeed movingguy88, you're gonna need it if you can't get a phone call with your local tech department.
