Hey yall!
While trying to purchase an item, i recieved the following error message:
'Sorry, we can't complete your checkout at this time. Please try changing your item quantity or check your account status.'
As far as I can tell, I haven't been flagged for any misconduct, and changing the quantity is not doing anything. Any help?

Possibly you have exceeded the limits for new members.
Otherwise, there are several reasons.
You have too many NPB strikes.
The seller has blocked you for some reason.
The seller has automatic blocks in place for new sellers, or a PO Box, or something.
