Changing personal details

12 years ago when I opened my ebay account/store I accidently typed my birthdate incorrectly and never bothered to change it. I now need to update details for this new payment system ebay is going to be using and I need to send proof of my identity, and of course my birthdate is incorrect. How do I change it
