Ebay item not receive function or working

I am in australia bought a US item, nearly two months later received it, delay due to covit per ebay notice, it faulty

 

Selly agree to send replacement after emails and pictures sent to seller per request but necer receive items

 

Been to item option for item not receivd but it is not working

 

Go to help but it said older than  30 days is not cover,

 

Ebay never has workable phone contact in australia, all you  talk to a machine and going through a loop, then it take you to review each single item per date order od the pass 3 month.  This is totay insane i am in despair

Did you follow the proper eBay procedure for the return, or just send it back to the seller on their say so ?

Correct, time limit is 30 days on eBay

 

180 days on Paypal

 

The call center has been closed for over a year due to Covid

You can contact live chat if you want to talk to eBay directly.

Unfortunately it is a common trick to say they are going to send a replacement and then the replacement never arrives (and sometimes it is too late to open a case), so it is usually better to find another solution. This happened to me a long time ago with items from China.

When did you buy your first item? If it was less than 180 days ago, you can still open a case in PayPal.
