eBay promoting 'FAST AND FREE' on my listings for years. 1st of April 2021 all my listings 'FAST AND FREE' indicators were gone. Contacted 'eBay Help', assistant said ''Please allow me to inform you that there is a technical glitch going on site that's the reason your listing is not coming up with FAST N FREE. Please be assured, I will forward your case a sample and our relevant team will work on it as we know this is really important for you and they will try to resolve it as soon as possible.'' It was fixed within 1 week & I didn't need to change any settings. Happened again today 2nd June 2021, contacted 'eBay Help' & was told ''you've set-up "local pick-up", please remove this postage option on your listing.'' & later ''Here are steps to follow for your listings to get eligible for the Fast N' Free tag : 1.Both you and your buyer are in the contiguous 48 states (I live in Australia which is an island with only 6 states that has tiny COVID problems). 2.Your listing has a 4-day or less delivery time (still have that). 3.You offer free shipping as your default option (still have that). 4.Your listing isn't in classified ad format (and it never has been nor should it be). 5.You don't have local pick-up or freight as your default shipping option (already have that but is totally opposite to what it told me before RE-''you've set-up "local pick-up", please remove this postage option on your listing.''). According to my 'eBay Seller Hub' my sales have dropped off 32.7% and I want this 'technical glitch' and the totally ill trained 'eBay Help' team trained properly instead of taking profit over customer satisfaction. We pay 'YOU' eBay to have these type of FAILURES FIXED ASAP and not given some **bleep** about what we the customer is doing wrong !!
