Postage Overdue

I have an order that was placed yesterday with Standard Postage with a setting of 2 to 6 days to send the order.

It will be packed and sent today but the order is showing already Overdue Postage.

The order number is: 24-08310-21129

This should not be attributed to my defect status, but just as important, why is it saying that in the first place?

Can someone help me please on this issue.

Nobody can see your order.

The postage option that you choose is different to your actual handling time.

When you chose the postage option - the 2-6 days is the time Aus Post takes to deliver the item, not 2-6 days for you to send it.

You need to go into the Postage Policy and look at your handling time. It sounds like you have set it for Same Day handling, therefore if the order was placed yesterday, you needed to send it yesterday.
