zoom function has disappeared from all my listings

Just adding my voice to the many that seem to have lost the zoom function on their eBay listings. It's been a problem all week. Frustrating, I have not sold anything this week which is unusual so I'm convinced this is the problem.

You are not wrong there,unable to zoom and with small items you cannot see the detail,told by ebay they are working on it like 2 days ago???

You'd think they would have all their bots set up with the same story at least

Confirming the zoom function does not work on desktop, but does still work on mobile ebay app.

It's an eBay glitch.

Take a look at all the threads on it in selling and buying.

If like me you can't be bothered phoning them I'd suggest that people struggling with the issue send an email. Flooding their inbox's might help 🙂

Email contact with ebay is rarely successful....they ignore the emails and you never get an answer, which is why the advice given on the boards is to ring them if it is important.

Ebayy want us to pay more im guessing....cant buy anything without zoom!!

Almost two weeks and problem with uploading pictures (enlarged and zooming) is not resolved.
Number of calls to Ebay and nothing has been done, they put blame on you.

Last night the agent form the Ebay said my pictures are not matching Ebat policy. Must be 500 megapixels and I have only 460.
I checked my camera setting, it is 573 megapixels.

WHAT'S THE **bleep**!
