Every time I press the 'See Return Details' button I am confronted with the following message.

I am unable to contact anyone at eBay to give me advice.

Can anyone advise me on resolving this issue.

Maybe a log-in loop, have you tried clearing cache and cookies and rebooting your computer ? Also you could try another browser, I use Chrome and Firefox with eBay, but Edge is good as well.
