I can't use the 5usd promo code I received in the ebay mobile app before purchasing the product. Regardless of the selected payment method (Paypal or Mastercard). Regardless of the selected address (USA or Belarus). Promo code for the countries Russia and Belarus, I am in Belarus.

You are currently posting on the Austalian ebay.com.au discussion boards.

 

Make sure you are attempting to redeem your coupon on ebay.com -- I do not think that coupon will work on ebay.com.au.

 

If that still does not work, you may have to contact eBay via social media.
