Up loading photos

I recieved my package but it had 'security seal' tape on it and half the contents are missing. I have contacted the seller but they say they will sort it out after I have sent photos. I have tried a number of times but can not get the photos to attach- I go to 'add photo' square and press it, sellect the photos to send, press 'done' but they do not attach... help please.

Sorry I can't help with attaching the photos but just a tip in case the seller does not help you. 

If you end up having to open a dispute you have to open an item not as described dispute....the items are missing from the parcel.

If you open a not received dispute and the seller has proof of delivery in the form of tracking then you will lose the dispute immediately.

If you deleted some photos or changed them around in messages then you need to start from scratch again.

In other words go to My eBay page and into messages again. Just copy n paste the message into a new message.

It's been a glitch for a while.
