Why is the request total function not working.

I have tried with three sellers in the past week to buy multiple items using the cart and request total, each time an error message comes up. One seller said it might be a qlitch. But all said they allow multiple buys and combined postage so why the error message?

Clear all cookies, history, and cached data. Log out.

Then turn off power for the computer and router and NBN equipment at the wall.

After 5 minutes reboot. Then log on. Do not use Internet Explorer switch to Microsoft EDGE that comes with Windows 10.

A lot of sellers have immediate payment selected for them by eBay, with no way of turning it off. Or if they run promotions that can also disable combined shipping.

The easiest way to solve it is to contact the seller, let them know what you are after and get them to set up a listing (with the correct postage) for you.

Are you trying to buy using a phone? If so, this is your problem. Use a laptop or desktop.
