Card update

Recieved an e-mail to update my card as it was expiring soon. Have been trying for the last week to update my new card and just get the message that they can't do it at the moment.

Issuing a refund

Im having trouble issuing a refund, comes up with error messages. I've raised this within Paypal, waiting to hear back. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how do I fix this? So frustrating.
