Messages not working

I get an email notification there is a message inside ebay "my messages" but when I try to access it I get the warning "Sorry! There has been an error retrieving your message from the server. What can I do as I need to be able to see my mesages?

Cannot pay for Item

Can't Change User ID

been trying to change my User ID but i keep going into a loop. every time i click edit, it takes me to the confirm password page then required to enter a captcha but after that it just brings me right back to the home page. Going back to edit user ID...

Anyone know how to get onto the old version of uploading tracking numbers in PayPal?For some reason if you don't upload the tracking within 2 days or so then the click on tracking disappears lol.If anyone can help that would be great thankyou.
