Shipping rates and options gone from active lisitngs

Shipping has vanished from all my lisitngs today, making it impossible for buyers to continue with purchases.It comes back once you 'refresh' or update a lisitng, but annoying if you have hundreds.Anyone else having this issue?

When I am trying to contact seller by writing the equated text diapers before I finish a sentence

The text disappears before I can finnish a sentence. Why? What shoud I do to rectify the problem?

Contact Seller error message

When I select to 'contact member' from the link of a sold item, I get the error 'safari can't open page'. I then select the option again and it works. This has been happening for the past week.
