purchases history changes

I am having the same problem (purchase History missing)  yesterday it was normal today i have no purchase history on my pc. I still have watch list ect just no purchase,  Ebay is asking "

Share your thoughts on the new Purchase History',, 

any one know whats happening and can I do please

Any difference if you use another browser?

Or another link, such as your Summary page?

Try clearing out your cookies and cache, that can often fix glitches, especially with ebay. Make sure you set it to clear for all time, not just the last month. Also check that saved passwords is unticked, or you'll lose the lot! Pretty much untick everything except cookies and cache. If you're not sure how to do that, ask and we can guide you through it.

Ive just posted a question  on this issue myself . I find i cant see purchase history for  60 days ,2023 and 2022 . I can  see it for 2021 . Ive tried clearing cache and using another browser but it still doesnt work .
