Every time I try to send the invoice I get the message:
I've tried Iphone app, Internet on the PC with both Chrome and Firefox. No go. Three days since the sale and still unable to send! Still waiting for eBay to help....
Any ideas?

Do you have promotions?
I know for a fact that having a volume discount promotion means I can't send an invoice.
I suggest you send the pruchased item/s or you will get pinged for late delivery. You can always refund the buyer for excess postage.
Unless your issue has nothing to do with that. In which case you would need to provide relevant details.
