wrong address printed

I have just recieved my parcel after waiting 2 weeks to note that my address is not right,it was printed via ebay,I am an ebay seller also  a buyer ,checked my a/c and the address is correct but the printed label has alot of extra letters and numbers eg-hfn6k16 PO b0x......where is the mistake made and how can I correct it?
