Fee Support for eBay Stores in Holiday Mode

We understand that some eBay sellers are facing challenges in running their business at this time. Some sellers might need time to replenish stock, source new inventory or perhaps take time away from their eBay business. 

If you put your Store into holiday mode for 14 days or more in a month between 1 April and 30 June 2020, we’ll give you a credit for your Store subscription fees for that month.

If you don’t have an eBay Store, and you need to pause your selling, you can preserve the sales history on your listing by enabling our out-of-stock feature and then setting your listing quantities to zero. If you have a listing for a single item and you won’t be able to send it, it’s best to end your listing early.
