From Saturday 27 August, you may have noticed that some of your express listings/orders may not have been categorised as ‘Express’ in My eBay, meaning you didn't know which orders needed to be sent as express to the buyer. 

 

This issue is also impacting listings/orders with the eBay Plus badge.
