Dear eBay Community,

As of March 2nd, eBay has temporarily paused all shipments to Israel, Bahrain, UAE, Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan. This decision comes in response to recent events in the region that have impacted our ability to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

If you have received an order for an item and have not yet shipped it, we recommend refunding the buyer and canceling the transaction (select “Issue with buyer’s delivery address” as the reason for cancellation).

If you have recently shipped an order to these locations, you may be concerned about shipping delays. However, eBay will automatically protect your seller performance, including:

  • Your late shipment rate
  • “Item not received” (INR) cases due to late delivery as long as you uploaded tracking before the case was opened, and have a physical scan from the carrier
  • Service metrics for open INR cases
  • Removal of negative and natural feedback related to INR cased
  • Out of stock cancellations

We are closely monitoring regional developments and will provide our community updates as the situation evolves.

Thank you for selling on eBay.
