We recently updated the eBay Plus seller criteria to be more aligned with retail standards and buyer expectations. We also added more benefits for sellers with eBay Plus-badged listings including extra seller protections.
The criteria includes:
- 0-1 day handling
- An express postage option
- Valid tracking on eBay Plus orders
This is in addition to existing criteria which include offering free standard postage and 30+ day returns.
Remember, you’re included in the eBay Plus program at a listing level. If you can’t offer this level of service on all your listings (i.e. bulky goods), use business policies to enable the criteria on the ones you can.
