At eBay, we’re committed to making our policies clear and our services easy to use. We wanted to let you know that we’re updating our Payments Terms of Use, effective from 28 April 2026.
We’re revising the Payments Terms of Use to better describe the payment services we provide to you. We have rewritten the terms primarily to clarify and reorganise the existing terms to make them easier to read and understand.
Further, we have updated the fee section of the General Terms to reflect the new Pro Seller Subscription/Seller model, as well as the availability of the fund section of managed payments and relevant policies including changes to payouts. Please also note our new address for notices.
If you do not agree to the proposed changes, you may terminate these Payments Terms of Use, pursuant to Section 10 (“Term, Termination”), at any time before 28 April 2026.
