Lol MIss and can relate to that coffee fix to try and get me re focussed...........yes hopefully not long........Uncle has to have an op to his foot so am just waiting to see when that will be so can zap over and see them........is bitterly cold over there at the momento:( but my winter wardrobe is getting there:)

Hi Zaid it takes 2 hours from the bottom of the Goldie till Caloundra...........and thats pretty much flat out:) we used to go up to Caloundra sometimes for the races and then overnight somewhere:)

HI Miss and sometime ago Uncle had a fall and broke his toe........well thats what the docs over there said anyways........but apparently there is some bone damage within the foot.........so that Uncle can continue his mad lifestyle of travelling everywhere going on tramps etc........the powers that be have suggested that he has some sort of plate inserted in his foot........even though they are going private they seem to be mucked around no end....i think the Kiwi system health wise is in a bigger mess than ours if that is possible:(

Glorious magic day here..........house all open to the four winds.

Had a little chuckle yesterday..........we have a shoe box sized heater........and it gets an outing say for one week a year.........we do have reverse cycle in the living area which is very nice also........but i thought yesterday better get the heater out and clean it and make sure its all aok. Seems a silly thing when a lot of you people are really facing bitterly cold weather thems the breaks:)

Have a fab day everyone.........have to drive the OH up to the therapy guy this am..............had a huge fright with him on Sunday and had to rush him to the Docs........his blood pressure was on the ceiling.......hes had and has probs with his BP and is on meds........but on Sunday it was right through the roof.........so the doctors have to get to the bottom of it somehow..........hes not overweight..........doesnt smoke and doesnt drink and does a lot of exercise........got me baffled:(
